Terri Lynn Heath

 

Hello! I'm Terri Lynn Heath, a Northern California Native who has danced through my life. After a PCL and MCL tear in 2019, I became interested in joint strength. When I found Functional Range Conditioning I began to understand how it relates to health and wellness. 

Since losing my parents in their early 60's, I've been exploring more ways to stay healthy in order to be here as long as I can with the people I love. I like to say I am radically addicted to my health! As a result, I am dedicated to educating myself, continually growing and evolving in order to bring my clients current science about our bodies. 

I am thrilled to help people discover their paths forward to incorporate movement into their lives in a sustainable way. I am most passionate about supporting women as they navigate Menopause, one of our most profound transitions in life. Optimize Your Pause is a 12 week transformation opportunity, with an emphasis on mobility, behavior based goals, strength training, mindset shifts, self care tools and education to create your new You!

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, a Girls Gone Strong Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, and a Zumba Instructor teaching Dance, HIIT and Mobility. I have a B.A. in Psychology from Saint Mary's College of CA. I  live in Northern CA on a 40 acre farmstead with my 13 yr old daughter and small herd of animals.

Mobility for the 8 hr Workday

This 2 week course is designed to help you integrate movement into your daily desk life. 10 videos per day to keep your joints moving and circulation flowing! 

In this course, you will learn:

  • Move every 30 to 45 minutes to keep your circulation flowing and joints moving

A 3 Month Intensive designed to transform your relationship to your body as you approach or navigate one of the most significant transitions of your life : Menopause. Delve into the 4 pillars of transformation: Mobility, Mindset, Motivation and Management to efficiently design your Path forward. Develop a new vision of your future self, while you are supported in behavior changes that will lay the foundation of your path. Office Hours weekly, Community Forum, team support for 3 months.
