Hello! I'm Terri Lynn Heath, a Northern California Native who has danced through my life. After a PCL and MCL tear in 2019, I became interested in joint strength. When I found Functional Range Conditioning I began to understand how it relates to health and wellness.
Since losing my parents in their early 60's, I've been exploring more ways to stay healthy in order to be here as long as I can with the people I love. I like to say I am radically addicted to my health! As a result, I am dedicated to educating myself, continually growing and evolving in order to bring my clients current science about our bodies.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, a Girls Gone Strong Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, and a Zumba Instructor teaching Dance, HIIT and Mobility. I have a B.A. in Psychology from Saint Mary's College of CA. I live in Northern CA on a 40 acre farmstead with my 13 yr old daughter and small herd of animals.
